Whilst every effort is made to ensure these boats are sold as described, of satisfactory quality and free of any major defects (unless advised) Sportique Boats cannot examine all parts in detail, and cannot be held liable if faults develop. Any significant faults which are not visible at the time of the sale, which give cause for complaint, should be made within 7 days from the date of the brokerage sale.

This does not affect your Statutory rights.
